FlightDeck Mini™
The FlightDeck Mini™ brings the spirit of a tasting flight into a smaller, easy-to-serve footprint. It fits comfortably on a bar, dining table, picnic table, or serving tray while still giving each pour a proper place and turning a simple tasting into something that feels intentional.
Every Mini includes four 5-ounce stein-shaped shooters held securely in their own recesses. The integrated handle makes the board easy to carry, while the carefully shaped hardwood gives it enough presence to feel special without taking over the table.

Integrated glass ports keep smaller glasses organized while the open serving surface leaves room for the bottle, additional glassware, garnishes, or the details that make the evening your own. A Bottle Cradle That Adapts
The hardwood handle slides out so the wine bottle can be added or removed without wrestling it through the frame. Interchangeable reducer rings help smaller bottles sit securely, keeping the presentation balanced from the first pour to the last.
Two Glasses, Already Included
Two wine glasses arrive with the piece and rest in dedicated positions on the tray. The Winecuterie™ is ready for the occasion—not a bare serving stand that still needs half the experience added afterward.
A Real Charcuterie Tray
The spacious removable tray gives cheese, fruit, crackers, cured meats, and favorite pairings room to look abundant instead of crowded. Its raised perimeter helps contain the spread while the natural hardwood becomes part of the presentation.
Serve It Together—or Use the Tray Alone
Lift the charcuterie tray free and carry it anywhere around the table. The removable design lets the tray stand on its own when that suits the gathering and makes cleanup simpler when the evening is over.
The Tools Disappear, but Never Go Missing
