Board of Directors

Every good shop needs leadership. Ours just happens to shed, bark, and occasionally steal socks. Meet the real decision-makers behind 3 Dogs Woodworking.

The Board of Directors didn’t appear out of nowhere. They’re part of a much longer journey — one that includes sawdust, setbacks, second chances, and a garage that slowly turned into a creative refuge.

If you’re curious how 3 Dogs Woodworking came to be, you can read the full story here.

Lokki — Director of Vibes & Emotional Support

Lokki specializes in morale, emotional calibration, and making sure no one works alone for too long. As Director of Vibes, he provides strategic companionship, enforces regular break schedules, and excels at detecting stress before humans admit it exists. His management style is gentle, persistent, and occasionally involves sitting directly on important paperwork.

Yogi — Retired Shop Dog & Morale Consultant Emeritus

Yogi may no longer be on shop duty, but his legacy lives on in sawdust memories, sunbeam naps, and an unwavering commitment to doing things his own way.

Now happily living his best life with his Mom, Yogi spends his days supervising snacks, perfecting the art of relaxation, and reminding us all that the most important part of any project is knowing when it’s time to rest.

Forever part of the 3 Dogs Woodworking family. 🐾

Fritz — Director of Security (a.k.a. The Sarge)

Fritz is the self-appointed Director of Security at 3 Dogs Woodworking — and he takes the job very seriously.

Small in stature but absolutely fearless, Fritz believes it is his sworn duty to patrol the house, protect groceries, monitor suspicious noises, and remind the other dogs that only he is authorized to bark first. Enforcement may include stern looks, tactical positioning, and the occasional corrective nip.

Despite his tough exterior, Fritz has the biggest heart in the building. He is deeply empathetic, fiercely loyal, and keenly aware when someone — human or animal — needs help. Whether standing guard over a sick cat, protesting a trip to the vet he knows won’t end well, or demanding intervention for a stranded kitten, Fritz feels everything.

He may run security, but compassion is his true specialty.

No deliveries pass unchecked.
No snacks go unsupervised.
No one messes with his people.

Stevie — Director of Human Resources (HR)

Stevie is responsible for employee morale, visitor relations, and making sure everyone feels welcome—whether they planned to stop by or not.

Born a Catahoula/Aussie mix with a double merle gene, Stevie has limited vision and hearing, but what she lacks in those departments she more than makes up for in heart. She greets every person, dog, and new experience with pure joy, unfiltered affection, and an enthusiasm that cannot be ignored.

If you’ve ever been greeted at the door with immediate love, leaned on for comfort without asking, or left the shop feeling inexplicably happier than when you arrived—Stevie was doing her job.

She doesn’t judge.
She doesn’t hold grudges.
She believes everyone is good and deserves a chance.

Frankly, she’s the reason HR meetings are mandatory—and also the reason they end in hugs.

“Lokki and me, taking in the view over Woodsville — exactly where we’re meant to be.”
